Position: Regional Account Executive
Location: Dallas Texas USA (Partially Remote 4 days in office)
Employment Type: Full-Time / Direct Hire
Salary: $75000 base $50000 variable / OTE $120K-$150K
Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Regional Account Executive to drive sales of document solutions and business services. This role focuses on building new customer relationships maintaining a strong sales pipeline and achieving revenue targets.
Responsibilities:

Generate leads and prospect new business opportunities

Qualify track and develop leads into viable sales opportunities

Develop proposals presentations and business cases for clients

Negotiate agreements and close sales to meet revenue goals

Maintain industry knowledge of trends technology competitors and customer needs

Participate in professional organizations and industry events
Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience preferably in business services document solutions or recurring revenue environments

Proven record of exceeding sales quotas and winning competitive accounts

Strong prospecting and hunter mentality

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Bachelors degree required
