$111155 $172286 / Year (DOE) full-time benefits and bonus
Job Summary:
This onsite management role is responsible for leading the Cost Accounting and Decision Support functions to support service line profitability productivity reporting and strategic financial planning. The Manager will oversee STRATA utilization publish monthly P&Ls and scorecards support feasibility studies and report to external rating agencies. The role partners closely with leadership to drive financial performance and operational improvement.
Note: This is an onsite role in Dover DE.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead cost accounting and service line profitability analysis using STRATA

Publish monthly service line and physician practice P&Ls and scorecards

Develop financial feasibility models (ROI NPV IRR payback period)

Partner with leadership to review performance and drive improvement plans

Manage productivity reporting and train leaders on productivity software

Prepare reports for rating agencies (S&P Fitch DAC EMMA)

Support audits GME reporting FEMA/Single Audits and insurance renewals

Mentor decision support supervisor and analysts

Support ERP leasing software and STRATA forecasting module implementations

Handle ad hoc reporting and other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications:

Education: Bachelors in Accounting Finance or related field

Experience: 10 years in cost accounting budgeting and/or decision support

Healthcare experience required

Experience with STRATA or similar decision support software
Preferred:

Masters in Business Administration or Health Administration

Financial and/or healthcare certifications
-
Hospital contracting or reimbursement experience
-
Familiarity with bundled payments and physician reimbursement
