Job Summary
Introduction
Minimum 3 years previous experience
Must be at ease dealing with big book values - R20 million
Responsiblefor the accurate and timely processing of supplier invoices reconciliations and payments
Invoice & purchase order processing
Supplier account reconciliations
Payment management
Transporter & service invoice management
Accommodation & allowance requestes
System & documentation administration
Accounts receivable support functions - process credit notes maintainfiling system ensure compliance and accuracy throughout the credit note workflow
Take ownership of the end-to-end accounts payable and receivable processes ensuring accuracy compliance and timelines
Sound experience with accounts payable processes and accounting principles
VAT/tax regulations
Attention to detail
Strong MS Office and Sage Evolution skills
Matric and own transport essential
