Job Summary
SNOW Vulnerability Response Job Description
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Security Operations (SecOps) Vulnerability
Response Implementation Specialist with a strong background in designing configuring
and deploying ServiceNow Vulnerability Response (VR) modules. The ideal candidate
excels at end-to-end implementations and has a demonstrated expertise in building
managing and optimizing custom integrations between ServiceNow and third-party
security/vulnerability platforms.
Required Skills & Experience
ServiceNow SecOps Expertise: 3 years implementing and administering ServiceNow
Security Operations modules with a focus on Vulnerability Response.
Custom Integrations: 2 years designing/customizing integrations (with tools such as
Qualys Rapid7 Tenable CrowdStrike Splunk BigFix or SCCM) using REST/SOAP
APIs IntegrationHub and MID Servers.
Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript Glide)
flow designer orchestration and data import/export processes.
Security Knowledge: Familiarity with vulnerability lifecycle management CVE/CWE
standards risk scoring methodologies and common enterprise security tools.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills
