Job Description :
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow ITAM Engineer / Developer with strong expertise in Hardware Asset Management Professional (HAM Pro) modules and solid JavaScript development skills. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience working on ServiceNow IT Asset Management solutions specifically HAM Pro. Experience in Software Asset Management Professional (SAM Pro) will be an added advantage.
Required Skills:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in ServiceNow ITAM development.
- Strong hands-on experience with HAM Pro modules (mandatory).
- Experience with SAM Pro preferred.
- Strong JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting knowledge.
- Experience with Flow Designer IntegrationHub CMDB Discovery REST/SOAP APIs.
- Knowledge of ITIL / IT Asset Management processes.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Mandatory Certifications:
- CSA - Certified System Administrator
- CAD - Certified Application Developer
Preferred Qualifications:
- ServiceNow ITAM certifications (HAM / SAM).
- Experience in enterprise ServiceNow implementations.
- Knowledge of Agile / Scrum methodology.
