**ServiceNow Architect - Key Responsibilities**

• Design and establish enterprise-wide technical architecture for ServiceNow implementations mapping client business requirements to technical specifications
• Develop comprehensive system documentation process flows and design solutions that meet project technical requirements
• Lead the design and architecture of ServiceNow solutions based on client requirements; define scope and deliver Proof of Concept deliverables
• Architect and implement custom applications workflows and integrations using ServiceNow technologies (Scripting HTML CSS Angular JS JavaScript) and web services (REST SOAP)
• Conduct code reviews enforce adherence to coding standards and best practices and define runbooks for code movement and deployment
• Provide expert-level technical mentoring and support to team members; act as subject matter expert during implementation and post-implementation phases
• Design and execute user training programs and provide go-live support to ensure successful ServiceNow deployments
• Stay current with latest ServiceNow features updates and industry trends; share best practices and advocate for continuous improvement
• Collaborate with project managers stakeholders and cross-functional architects to ensure timely project delivery within budget
• Participate in solution demonstrations proposal development and stakeholder engagement activities
• Achieve individual KPIs and metrics as defined; demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and customer-centric approach
