Inventory Associate

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Inventory & Technical Assembly Associate to support our warehouse and prefabrication operations. This is a hybrid role combining inventory/logistics responsibilities with hands-on technical assembly and device configuration work.

This position is ideal for someone entry-level with a strong work ethic positive attitude and interest in technology networking or low-voltage systems. Candidates with basic networking or hardware experience are a plus but not required.

You will support the preparation and configuration of equipment used for security access control and network installations ensuring all materials are properly assembled documented and ready for deployment to project teams.

• Prefabricate and assemble panels boards and equipment (including mercury boards and related components)

• Configure IP cameras and devices (assign IP addresses firmware upgrades/downgrades basic setup)

• Record device information such as MAC addresses and labeling

• Test and verify equipment prior to deployment

• Repackage and stage equipment for project teams and field installation

• Receive incoming shipments and verify accuracy

• Organize and maintain warehouse inventory

• Perform inventory counts and audits

• Track materials and ensure proper documentation

• Stage equipment and materials for project pickup by PMs/field teams

• Follow assembly instructions and technical setup procedures

• Maintain organized and clean work environment

• Support project teams with equipment preparation and logistics

• Work in a repetitive assembly-line style environment with consistency and accuracy

• Collaborate with warehouse project management and technical teams

• Basic computer and networking knowledge (IP addresses firmware updates device setup)

• Familiarity with security cameras low voltage or IT hardware a plus

• Warehouse or inventory experience helpful but not required

• Strong attention to detail and organization

• Ability to follow written instructions and processes

• Comfortable working in a hands-on repetitive production environment
