Job Summary

Job Title: Inventory Analyst
Client: Heavy Machine Manufacturing Company
Duration: 1 Year
Location: Milan IL 61264

Shifts:

1st: 6:00 AM 2:30 PM CST
2nd: 2:30 PM 10:00 PM CST
3rd: 10:00 PM 6:00 AM CST

Key Duties

Perform inventory audits and accuracy checks
Compile and analyze inventory reports
Supervise and guide cycle counters
Resolve inventory issues and discrepancies
Monitor manufacturing and material processes
Prepare and review perpetual inventory reports
Support HR administrative processes

Responsibilities

Review count cards and adjust inventory
Audit adjustments made by coordinators
Work with Operations and Inventory teams
Reconcile discrepancies and prevent reoccurrence
Participate in quarterly inventory audits

EWM Support

Support system implementation
Coordinate training schedules
Help build dashboards and tools

SAP Responsibilities

Notify teams of issues (inspection maintenance etc.)
Research part movements
Analyze counts and create cleanup tasks
Monitor queues and workflow
Fix RF/queue issues
Post and finalize count adjustments above thresholds
