GROWING Aviation company is looking for an HR Generalist to support the companys engineering and sales employees based out of their Waco TX office.

SUMMARY:
- Will provide the full range of HR Generalist support to the companys Waco TX office. There are currently around 30 employees (engineering and sales) based out of this office and they are continuing to add more.

REQUIREMENTS:
- 5 years of HR administration experience
- Experience in high-growth changing environments
- Proactive solutions-oriented HR professional
- Experience in the aviation industry is not required
- Bachelors degree
