We are looking for an excellent multi-tasker who works well with tight deadlines to join us in our core value centered organization to enhance the lives of babies up to aging adults and their families in their homes. This role is key to the success of the business with the main responsibility of connecting our caregiving workforce with the needs of our clients. A background in scheduling employees to their clients and maintaining a high level of excellence in customer service is of high consideration and ability.

This position isfull-time.

Work hours are primarily:Monday - Friday 8:30-5:00 pm

Responsibilities

  • Customer/client care effectively manages the customer care procedures and serves as point of contact for client & facilities/customer relations.
  • Scheduling and care coverage supports and uses all technology tools and resources to ensure proper business processes; schedules staff to meet client & facility care needs and minimize non-billed overtime; ensures on-call phone and assigned staff are properly trained and available as needed.
  • Assists with the intake of new clients and informs potential clients of our services and reasons to utilize BrightStar over other agencies
  • Assists in the development of organization goals and agency performance improvement activities
  • Assists with recruiting interviewing orientation & on-boarding
  • Administers agency policies and procedures
  • Supervises educates and coaches other field personnel
  • Provide information to be used for statistics reports and records for purposes of evaluation and reporting of organization activities
  • Assures proper maintenance of clinical records in compliance with local state and federal laws
  • Assures compliance with all local state and federal laws
  • Make home visits to patients homes for start of care or case management/quality assurance as needed

Education/Experience Requirements:

  • High school graduate required
  • Proficiency in computer skills using Windows
  • Prior scheduling experience preferred ideally in the health care field
  • Flexibility and good time management skills A MUST
  • Excellent organization planning and project management skills.
  • Valid drivers license and an automobile required.
  • Drug screen and criminal background checks are conducted on all applicants.
