Job Summary

Skills:

Five (5) years minimum of clinical experience as a Registered Nurse.
5 years of acute inpatient hospital experience Interqual Milliman proficiency EPIC proficiency
Experience with Care Coordination
Utilization review and discharge planning Computer literacy.
Leadership experience. - preferred

Education:

Associates Degree (ASN ADN) from an accreditated Nursing Program.
Bachelors or Masters in Nursing. - preferred

Required Certifications & Licensure:

RN Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of New York.
PRI and Screen certification within three months of employment.
Primary Source Verification of License and Registration of Registered Professional Nurse from NYS Department of Education (NYSED).
BLS. - required
PRI and Screen certification required.
Case Management Certification. - preferred
