About the Role

We are seeking an Integration Consultant to design build and deliver enterprise-grade integrations that connect critical business systems.

This role blends:

Systems architecture
Data modeling
Customer consulting
Hands-on technical execution

You will collaborate with Finance HR IT and Operations stakeholders to:

Understand real-world business workflows
Translate requirements into scalable integration architectures
Ensure reliable secure and automated data flows across systems

This is a customer-facing technical consulting role. You will lead discovery sessions validate workflows and guide customers through go-live.

Ideal for someone who enjoys working across APIs enterprise platforms and operational systems — bridging business needs and technical execution.

Key Responsibilities

Integration Design & Delivery

Design and implement integrations across ERP HRIS payroll expense and financial systems
Lead integration discovery sessions to map workflows and requirements
Translate business needs into technical architectures data models and automation logic
Configure authentication mappings transformations schedules and workflows
Troubleshoot API data integrity and production integration issues

Customer Consulting

Lead customer-facing discovery and integration design workshops
Validate integration behavior data integrity and business outcomes
Communicate risks timelines and architecture decisions to technical and non-technical stakeholders
Guide customers through testing deployment and go-live

Platform & Delivery Excellence

Partner with Product and Engineering to improve integration capabilities
Influence roadmap priorities based on real-world customer needs
Develop best practices reusable templates and scalable delivery methodologies

Qualifications

Required

3 years experience in systems integration technical consulting implementation or solutions engineering
Experience working with ERP HRIS finance payroll or enterprise SaaS platforms
Familiarity with APIs data mapping ETL processes or system integrations
Strong understanding of finance accounting HR or operations workflows
Ability to translate complex technical concepts to business stakeholders
Comfortable managing multiple integration projects simultaneously

Preferred

Experience with NetSuite Workday Sage Intacct Microsoft Dynamics Emburse/Concur or QuickBooks
Fluency with API documentation JSON XML and data transformation concepts
Experience designing or debugging enterprise-grade integrations
Background in SaaS fintech ERP consulting RevOps or systems engineering
Experience in startup or high-growth environments
