Job Summary
House Ford is looking for an Automotive Service Technician- A/B level to join our growing team! The right candidate will have a strong service technician background. The day-to-day duties include performing work on specific repair orders and diagnosing what repairs need to be done.

Automotive Service Technician- A/B Level Responsibilities:
- Perform automotive repairs and maintenance as outlined on repair orders with efficiency and accuracy
- Diagnose mechanical electrical and drivability concerns using manufacturer-approved diagnostic tools
- Repair and maintain vehicle systems including engines transmissions electrical steering suspension brakes and HVAC
- Test-drive vehicles before and after repairs to ensure quality and safety standards are met
- Communicate findings and additional repair needs to Service Advisors with accurate time estimates
- Complete warranty repairs in compliance with Ford manufacturer specifications
- Maintain a clean safe and organized work area
- Stay current with Ford training technical bulletins and evolving automotive technology
Automotive Service Technician- A/B Level Qualifications:
- 2 years of professional Automotive Service Technician experience preferred
- Ford certification or certifications with other OEMs preferred
- Previous Ford dealership experience preferred or experience with other OEMs
- A/B level skill set and certifications including diagnostics electrical and engine repair preferred
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Proficiency using diagnostic scanners and electronic repair equipment
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced team-oriented environment
- Positive attitude strong work ethic and commitment to continuous improvement
- Basic computer skills and strong customer service mindset
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
