POSITION OVERVIEW As a Pega Developer you will be responsible for designing building and testing web-based applications for various site components within the Application Managed Services group. You will act as a subject matter expert collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into high-quality technical specifications and user-friendly interfaces.
DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design build and test Pega-based web applications and edit site content.
- Document technical designs and specifications while researching updated content for websites.
- Collaborate with and manage team members to ensure effective performance and informed decision-making.
- Innovate and implement user-friendly web interfaces to enhance overall user experience.
- Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure deliverables meet high-quality standards.
- Mentor junior developers and share knowledge to foster a collaborative learning environment.
