Key Duties

Lead teams and drive collaboration
Embed therapeutic and reflective practices
Identify and fix service gaps and risks
Lead policy and practice improvements

Skills & Experience

Diploma or higher in relevant discipline
Child & Family service leadership experience
Skilled in reflective practice models such as TCI and CALM
Strong project coaching and facilitation skills
