The Manager Track Assistant Manager is a high impact role for individuals who want to master retail operations and grow into full leadership. You will operate as the Center Managers right hand learning the systems standards and decision making required to eventually run a center independently. This role is handson fastpaced and built for someone who wants responsibility accountability and long term growth.

Key Responsibilities
Operational Excellence:Lead by example on the floor. Master shipping print and retail workflows to ensure the team meets brand standards every shift.
Personnel & Coaching:Assist in scheduling and supervising staff. You will help recruit train and course-correct associates to maintain a high-performance culture.
Financial Stewardship:Learn and manage the Four Walls of the businessincluding P&L awareness inventory control and payroll review.
Customer Advocacy:Act as the escalation point for customer issues turning difficult situations into world-class experiences.
Business Development:Support marketing initiatives and community outreach to drive center growth and hit defined sales targets.
- Notary Public: Eligible candidate will be required to obtain and maintain a Notary Public commission.
QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or GED required
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and Adobe Suites
- Outstanding phone skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills including spelling and math
- Prompt reliable and responsible
- Able to lift 40 pounds
