We are seeking an experiencedTechnical Managerwith 10 years of overall IT experience and strong expertise inOracle Fusion Applications. The ideal candidate should have hands-on technical experience along with team leadership exposure and a strong background in the Banking / Financial Services domain.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage Oracle Fusion implementation and support projects
- Drive solution design architecture and technical delivery
- Manage a team of developers and functional consultants
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and translate requirements
- Oversee integrations customizations and extensions within Oracle Fusion
- Ensure adherence to best practices security standards and compliance requirements
- Handle production support issue resolution and performance optimization
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the team
Required Skills
- 10 years of overall IT experience
- Strong expertise inOracle Fusion Applications(Finance / HCM / SCM - as applicable)
- Experience in Oracle Fusion technical components (BI Reports OTBI BIP Integrations Web Services APIs)
- Hands-on experience with Oracle PaaS / OIC integrations
- Strong understanding of data migration and system integrations
- Experience in managing end-to-end project delivery
- Prior experience in Banking / Financial Services domain
- Strong stakeholder communication and leadership skills
