A Day in the Life:
Explore the market for prospective clients that can benefit from our services.
Get on the phone and out to visit prospective and existing clients.
Drive sales cycle from the initial contact to closing the sale.
Build strong ties with community organizations.
Market our value proposition with an ear to trends competitors and client needs.
Find opportunities to grow service relationships with existing clients.
Conduct quality reviews and monitor contract compliance.
Keep client management system and paperwork up to date.
Promote a culture of hard work and tenacity.

Nice to Have:
Staffing experience preferred.
Experience in fast-paced customer-facing environments with examples of previous experience.
Initiative to own your work and drive your success beyond circumstances or rejections.
Relentless pursuit of new relationships and community connections.

Commission:
Both positions are part of our Commercial division commission plan.
Uncapped: Paid a % on new and existing temporary GP plus direct hire and conversions.
Goal: New BDM to reach 3K per week in GP by end of 1st year.
If they bring in the business they get 10% on the GP.
If given a house account to grow they get 4%.
KPIs (Key Performance Indicators):
Phone calls: target 75 per week.
Field activities like drops and in-person meetings: 50 per week.

Meetings:
0-6 months tenure: 3 prospect meetings per week.
6 months: 5 prospect meetings per week; 2 minimally should be prescheduled.
Current customers: minimally 1 visit per month.
New accounts closed: 2 per month.

Must Have:
Sales experience and ability to articulate how previous sales experience will help in this role.
Experience driving the sales cycle from initial contact to closing.
Ability to build strong ties with community organizations with examples of past success.
Ability to find opportunities to grow existing clients with examples of past success.
Must have grit with examples of how displayed in the past.
Motivation to win make money and succeed with past examples.
Collaborative with team members and able to provide examples.
Well-spoken.
Competitive but not aggressive with examples of past behavior.
