Responsibilities:
- Identify and implement strategic initiatives to grow the Bulk business within the region.
- Collaborate with Regional and Central AT Teams to win AT-driven customers in the region.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to launch and execute region-specific marketing initiatives.
- Finalize contracts with customers in alignment with business requirements and ensure effective contract management.
- Collect analyze and report market intelligence on competitor activities emerging market trends and new AT customer opportunities.
- Achieve annual KPI targets set for the Bulk business in the region.
- Monitor and drive volume targets through existing customer retention and new business development.
- Manage DSO and AR efficiently to ensure healthy cash flow and financial performance.

- 28 years of proven experience in B2B or industrial sales.
- Graduate with a degree in Science or Engineering.
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in the local language.
