Position: Business Development Manager
Experience: *Minimum 5 years of experience in field sales
Salary: *30000 – 40000 per month
Location: *Chennai
Age Limit: 33 – 45 Years
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and develop new business opportunities in the assigned territory.
* Conduct regular field visits to generate leads and close sales.
* Manage and lead the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
* Monitor team performance and provide guidance motivation and support.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
* Prepare sales reports forecasts and performance analysis.
* Develop strategic plans to expand customer base and increase market share.
* Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
* Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain healthy receivables.
