What youll do
Become part of an iconic brand thats redefining the electric truck and rugged SUV marketplace. As Sr Specialist Web Strategy & Optimization youll play a key role in shaping Scouts digital presence by managing website enhancements collaborating with agencies and driving performance. Reporting to the Sr. Manager Digital Marketing you will:
- Partner with internal teams and external agencies to update revise and enhance the Scout Motors website ensuring alignment with brand strategy and campaign goals.
- Lead the execution of website content updates UX improvements and technical enhancements to support product launches campaigns and brand storytelling.
- Collaborate with SEO agency partners to implement best practices monitor performance and drive organic traffic growth.
- Work with Analytics and IT teams to monitor site performance troubleshoot issues and recommend improvements.
- Support A/B testing personalization strategies and conversion rate optimization efforts.
- Ensure website content is optimized for accessibility mobile responsiveness and search engine visibility.
- Contribute to the development of dashboards and reporting tools to track website KPIs and share insights with stakeholders.
- Stay current on digital trends CMS capabilities and emerging technologies to inform future enhancements.
- Evaluate and integrate AI-powered web tools and personalization engines to improve user experience and site performance.
Location & Travel Expectations:
- This role will be based out of theScout Motors corporate headquarters in Charlotte NC. This role may be remote to start but will transition to an in-office setting at the headquarters within 3-6 months of start date. This role is not eligible for remote work in New York City.
- This role requires 4-5 days per week in the office with regular in-person meetings and events.
- Applicants should expect that the role will require the ability to convene with Scout colleagues in person and travel to participate in events on behalf of the companyfrom time to time.

- Familiarity with web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics GA4/G360 Hotjar) and performance tracking.
- Experience managing external agencies and vendors.
- Working knowledge of HTML/CSS and ability to communicate effectively with developers.
- Understanding of AI-powered web tools and personalization technologies with the ability to evaluate and integrate emerging solutions.
- Experience with AI-driven SEO platforms and techniques including predictive keyword analysis content optimization and automated performance insights.
