Job Title: LPN / LVN OB/GYN
Location: Brooklyn 11215
Schedule: Monday Friday 9:00 AM 5:00 PM (60-minute break)
Shift: Day (5x8)
Pay Rate: $27 $31 per hour

Position Overview

Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) to join a busy multispecialty outpatient clinic with a primary focus on OB/GYN and primary care services. This role provides both clinical and administrative support to ensure efficient patient flow and high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care within the scope of LPN practice in an outpatient setting

• Support providers across OB/GYN Primary Care GI and Cardiology services

• Perform patient intake obtain vital signs and document clinical information

• Prepare patients for examinations procedures and treatments

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

• Maintain infection control standards and clinical best practices

• Assist with care coordination and patient education

• Ensure accurate and timely documentation in EMR systems

• Support clinic workflow and complete delegated tasks as assigned

Required Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical Nursing (LPN) program

• Active New York State LPN license and current registration

• Knowledge of infection control standards and clinical best practices

• Strong communication organization and multitasking skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced outpatient environment
