cTrace Solutions is in search for an experienced Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) for our client in Big Spring TX!

Position Overview
We are seeking three Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) to provide patient care services within a clinical facility setting. The LVN will perform various patient care duties under the supervision of the Unit RN and Unit Nurse Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care including medication administration and treatments
- Educate patients on medications and complete required documentation
- Perform computer data entry (training provided)
- Comply with facility Standard Operating Procedures and accreditation standards including:
- Joint Commission guidelines
- CMS standards
- Applicable policies rules and directives
- Adhere to all facility and regulatory compliance requirements
Requirements
- Active and valid LVN license
- Compliance with required immunizations
- Ability to pass required drug screening
- Ability to complete required fingerprinting
- Completion of all required facility training prior to start
Schedule & Commitment
- 40 hours per week
- Alternating shifts to meet staffing needs
- Every other weekend off
- Start date flexible (MondayFriday) with approximately 5 days required for onboarding and pre-employment processing
- 23 weeks of on-unit mentorship with an experienced LVN
- 6-month minimum commitment required
