Responsible for managing and operationalizing performance improvement related projects throughout the Christiana Care Health System under the direction of the Patient Experience leadership. The Program Manager will be the facilitator analyst and consultant assisting and guiding the support teams to redesign and improve processes behaviors and outcomes. Develops project plans and timelines bringing together resources as needed. Works with many functional areas throughout Christiana Care.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelors Degree required; Masters preferred
RN license required.
5 years of project management experience
Experience with health care operations
Proven success managing large projects using multiple project management techniques
Experience evaluating and implementing new technology solutions
Demonstrated certification and /or experience in advanced improvement science methodologies (LEAN Six Sigma etc.)
Hourly Pay Range: $41.28 - $66.05This pay rate/range represents ChristianaCares good faith and reasonable estimate of compensation at the time of posting.
