The Marketing Partnerships Specialist serves as the primary point of accountability for EPIC Healths third-party marketing agencies vendors and strategic partners. This role ensures that every external partner is aligned with EPICs growth objectives executing against clearly defined KPIs and delivering high-quality workon time and on brand.
This is not a passive coordination role. It is a performance-driven position that operates at the intersection of strategy execution and cross-functional leadership. You will translate business goals into actionable direction remove execution barriers and hold agencies accountable to measurable outcomes.

Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for third-party marketing agencies vendors and external partners.
Manage scopes of work timelines deliverables and expectations.
Ensure agencies align with EPIC Health brand standards messaging and strategic priorities.
Build strong working relationships while maintaining performance accountability.
Define track and report KPIs across agencies and partners including:
Lead volume
Cost per lead (CPL)
Customer acquisition cost (CAC)
Conversion rates
Creative performance
ROI and timeline adherence
Conduct structured performance reviews and optimization discussions.
Identify underperformance early and implement corrective action plans.
Build and maintain scorecards and reporting dashboards for leadership visibility.
Translate internal marketing objectives into clear actionable briefs.
Coordinate approvals timelines and dependencies across internal stakeholders and external vendors.
Ensure agencies receive timely access to assets creative direction data and feedback.
Manage multiple concurrent campaigns across different service lines.
Act as the bridge between marketing sales operations leadership and agency partners.
Gather stakeholder requirements and convert them into structured execution plans.
Proactively surface risks delays and resource constraints.
Ensure transparency around partner progress deliverables and performance.
Develop and maintain SOPs for agency workflows briefing processes communication cadence and escalation protocols.
Document partner processes and handoffs.
Identify workflow improvements that reduce friction and increase efficiency.
Support vendor onboarding evaluation and offboarding processes.
3 years of experience managing agencies vendors or external marketing partners.
Strong understanding of digital marketing performance marketing and campaign execution.
Experience owning KPIs dashboards and performance reporting frameworks.
Highly organized with strong project management capabilities.
Ability to manage multiple vendors and campaigns simultaneously.
Strong communication skills with the confidence to hold partners accountable.
Proficiency in CRM systems project management tools and marketing platforms.
Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications Business or related field.
Experience in healthcare multi-location or growth-stage organizations.
Familiarity with marketing automation and analytics platforms.
