An eight (7) months contract vacancy exists for a Creditors Clerk at Head Office Dunkeld reporting to the Senior Financial Accountant. The successful candidate will be responsible for Capturing supplier invoices.

An eight (7) months contract vacancy exists for a Creditors Clerk at Head Office Dunkeld reporting to the Senior Financial Accountant. The successful candidate will be responsible for Capturing supplier invoices.
Critical Outputs
- Processing of invoices and credit notes on SAP
- Processing of Head office invoices and credit notes on SAP
- Dealing with queries from hospitals and suppliers
- Requesting invoices from Hospitals / Vendors for payment
- Meeting daily invoice capturing targets
- Ensure compliance to corporate governance procedures and protocols
- Degree in Accounting - NQFL 7
- SAP experience - will be an added advantage
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office is critical and good communication skills
- Initiative and an ability to meet deadlines is essential for this position
