Introduction

An eight (7) months contract vacancy exists for a Creditors Clerk at Head Office Dunkeld reporting to the Senior Financial Accountant. The successful candidate will be responsible for Capturing supplier invoices.

Critical Outputs

Processing of invoices and credit notes on SAP
Processing of Head office invoices and credit notes on SAP
Dealing with queries from hospitals and suppliers
Requesting invoices from Hospitals / Vendors for payment
Meeting daily invoice capturing targets
Ensure compliance to corporate governance procedures and protocols

Requirements

Degree in Accounting - NQFL 7
SAP experience - will be an added advantage
Proficiency in Microsoft Office is critical and good communication skills
Initiative and an ability to meet deadlines is essential for this position
High performance orientation and a team player functional proficiency attention to detail
