Job Summary

Job Title: Data Engineer (AI)

Location: Lisbon Portugal

Work Regime: Full-time & Hybrid

Responsibilities and Tasks:

Architect and build robust scalable data systems including databases data warehouses and automated data pipelines to support analytics and AI initiatives
Extract transform and load data from diverse sources ensuring accuracy consistency and readiness for BI and reporting purposes
Continuously monitor and fine-tune data system performance to guarantee fast reliable access for analysis
Work closely with BI teams to understand data needs and design structures that maximize usability and insight generation
Aggregate and harmonize data across multiple platforms enabling actionable intelligence and advanced analytics

Requirements

Mandatory Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Computer Engineering Information Technology or a related technical field
Experience in data modeling and structuring complex datasets for analytical use
Strong programming skills in Python R and Java FX Script to manipulate automate and process data
Analytical and strategic thinker capable of contributing to a high-performance AI knowledge hub
Proficient in English with the ability to communicate technical concepts effectively
