Job Summary

The Mission We are selecting a high-performance clinician for a prestigious 1:1 nursing assignment supporting an 80-year-old VIP. This position offers a distinct career trajectory operating exclusively within the Mediterraneancruising between luxury hubs such as Monaco the Greek Islands Ibiza and the French Riviera. You will deliver hospital-standard care in a private maritime setting ensuring the principals safety and comfort at all times.

The Team You will be part of a robust multidisciplinary medical unit:

Lead British Doctor: Directs clinical strategy and provides 24/7 medical oversight.
Physiotherapists: A specialized team dedicated to the patients physical rehabilitation.
Nursing Team: You will work alongside a cohesive group of Western-trained nursing professionals.

The Safety To guarantee clinical precision and prevent burnout we operate a strict Double-Nurse Shift System. You will never be rostered alone; a qualified colleague will always be on shift with you ensuring you have immediate support and can maintain the highest standards of patient care.

The Process

Phase 1: CV Screening & Western Qualification Audit.
Phase 2: Secure Online Interview (Remote).
Phase 3: Deployment to the vessel in the Mediterranean.

Requirements

Requirements

Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from a recognized Western university is mandatory.
Experience: Minimum 4 years of post-graduate experience in Acute Care (ICU ER or A&E).
Language: Native or C1 English fluency is non-negotiable.
Attributes: Resilient immaculately presented and capable of adhering to strict VIP protocols.
