Job Summary
The Mission: This is a career-defining opportunity to provide 1:1 medical care for an 80-year-old VIP client in a strictly private luxury environment. You will be based on a high-end vessel with a summer itinerary that includes the glamorous anchorages of Monaco the crystal waters of the Greek Islands and the exclusive bays of Ibiza. You will be responsible for maintaining clinical excellence while enjoying the lifestyle of the elite yachting world.
The Team: You will integrate into a fully staffed medical bay led by a Lead British Doctor. Your colleagues will include specialist Physiotherapists and a team of Western-trained nurses ensuring a collaborative atmosphere where clinical decisions are supported by expert consensus.
The Safety: We operate a fatigue-management protocol essential for maritime safety. The nursing roster functions on a double-nurse shift system ensuring that you have defined rest periods and shared responsibilities guaranteeing the highest standard of patient care without burnout.
The Process: To respect the time of international candidates we conduct all preliminary screenings and interviews via a secure online platform. This ensures a smooth application process from your home base in Norway before deployment.
Requirements
Requirements:
Education: Western-trained Registered Nurse with a Bachelor of Science (BSN).
Experience: 4 years of proven clinical experience in Acute Care (ICU ER or A&E).
Language: Native or C1 English is non-negotiable for safety and social interaction.
Profile: Must be adaptable discreet and comfortable with long-term travel.
