Position Overview:
This role is designed for an experienced Learning & Development professional who will play a critical role in implementing and administering a Learning Experience Platform (LXP) while supporting the broader Learning & Development ecosystem through strong reporting analytics coordination and stakeholder engagement. The role requires someone who is detail-oriented analytically strong and process-driven with hands-on knowledge of LMS/LXP platforms learning operations and data-driven decision-making. The incumbent will work closely with business leaders HR L&D partners and vendors to ensure seamless execution of learning initiatives aligned with organizational capability needs. This is a 6-month contractual role ideal for someone who enjoys combining technology data and learning operations to drive impactful learning outcomes.
Responsibilities:
Vendor Onboarding and Management. Support the implementation administration and ongoing management of the LXP/LMS and HRMS ensuring seamless learner experience and system effectiveness. Partner with the Learning Business Partners to analyze intervention wise business wise ROI data. Create manage and maintain the learning calendar as well as other integral learning reports. Coordinate end-to-end learning program operations including scheduling communication content uploads attendance tracking and feedback collection. Support creation curation and customization of learning content across ILTs virtual sessions e-learning and blended learning formats. Own learning data dashboards and reports (weekly monthly quarterly) and track progress against defined plans and metrics. Evaluate learning effectiveness using pre- and post-learning metrics and recommend improvements. Collaborate with L&D HR IT vendors and data analytics teams to ensure timely execution reporting and issue resolution. Continuously improve learning processes by applying best practices technology trends and stakeholder feedback. Qualifications: Graduation or Post-Graduation in any field. Relevant certifications in Learning Technologies LMS/LXP platforms or Data/Reporting will be an added advantage.
Role Prerequisites:
5 years of overall work experience with significant exposure to Learning & Development operations learning administration or learning technology roles. Hands-on experience working with LMS and/or LXP platforms (implementation or administration). Strong experience in reporting data analysis dashboards and metrics-driven decision-making. High proficiency in Google Workspace (GSheets Slides and Docs). Ability to work independently in a fast-paced stakeholder-heavy environment. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Any hands on experience on SkillSoft & Disprz will be added advantage though not mandatory
