Duties & Responsibilities:
- Perform system installation configuration and maintenance tasks
- Monitor the performance and security of Windows servers networks and systems
- Active Directory Configuration and Maintenance
- SCCM/MECM configuration and maintenance
- Build/configure/Maintain Windows Server 2012R2 2016 and 2019
- Implement and manage security measures to safeguard data and infrastructure
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware software and network issues
- Maintain and update system documentation and standard operating procedures
- Collaborate with IT teams to plan and execute system upgrades and enhancements
- Respond to and resolve user-reported technical issues in a timely manner
- Perform regular backups and disaster recovery planning and testing
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies
- Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support when necessary
- All other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Active Secret Clearance at employment start date (an Active Interim Secret Clearance may substitute)
- DoD 8570 IAT-II Certification (e.g. Security CE CCNA Security or other approved certification(s))
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant technical experience
