Key Responsibilities
Assess plan implement and evaluate nursing care for patients in the PCU.
Monitor and manage patients with complex medical conditions including cardiac respiratory and post-surgical cases.
Administer medications IV therapy and other treatments safely and accurately.
Collaborate with physicians interdisciplinary teams and families to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Document patient care in accordance with hospital policies and regulatory requirements.
Educate patients and families regarding care plans and health maintenance.
Qualifications:
Active RN License
1 Year Minimum Experience in the PCU within the past 3 years.
BLS/ACLS
Quanteferon within one year
Covid Vaccine or Exemption
Strong critical thinking communication and teamwork skills.
BLS and ACLS certification required
