The Interim Sales Operations Associate Manager is responsible for supporting the International Sales & Logistics teams by ensuring seamless order flow through the processing planning and tracking of sales orders while resolving customer concerns and questions. This role maintains and documents sales reports and completes ad hoc reporting tasks to capture necessary data and insights. The position serves as a pivotal link between the International Sales team and various cross-functional departments.
WHAT YOULL DO
- Manage the onboarding and setup process for new customers document customer requirements and liaise with Logistics and Accounting as needed.
- Manage new item creation; maintain and track SKU specifications and customer product/pricing changes; perform product listing optimization and appropriate maintenance with key accounts.
- Manage the planning and intake process for purchase orders from 30 international customer accounts; route orders for fulfillment with the Logistics team; proactively identify and communicate issues to ensure timely resolution.
- Support sales leads throughout all stages of the sales process and beyond (e.g. communicating product launches and inventory levels distributing price lists and item specification sheets fulfilling sample requests etc.).
- Provide backup coverage for the International 3PL Operations Manager specifically regarding outbound freight and customer deliveries.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
WHAT WE NEED
- Bachelors degree.
- 2 years of experience in sales coordination or operations support.
- Knowledge of order fulfillment processes and ERP systems is highly valued.
- Strong project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to generate and interpret reports.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with flexibility to recalibrate priorities as business needs and demands shift.
50000 - 60000 a year
This salary represents a range for the position and will ultimately depend on the individuals qualifications and years of experience location and is subject to change.
