Job Summary

ABOUT THE COMPANY
The company currently operates three restaurants a consulting company a bottled drinks company and is looking to further grow.
Established in 2018 the core group have been working on the projects collectively for the last 4-5 years with a continued focus on growth.

THE ROLE THE IDEAL CANDIDATE MUST HAVE:
Relevant diploma or equivalent experience required with a minimum 2 years experience required in a similar position
Use correct techniques and follow procedures and recipes when preparing and cooking menu items
Demonstrate ability to make coffees understand guests needs & ability to manage a team of staff
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Can handle pressure and a fast paced environment
Strong attention to detail
Fluent English and well groomed
