About the role
The Senior Platform Consultant supports the delivery optimisation and enhancement of the Digital Experience Platform (DXP) providing technical guidance and ensuring scalable high-quality solutions. With hands-on expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and Edge Delivery Service (EDS) this role guides technical decisions reviews build quality and ensures alignment with best practices governance and business goals. Working closely with cross-functional teams youll help deliver dynamic customer-centric digital experiences that integrate seamlessly with enterprise systems.
What youll do
- Shape digital experience strategy by collaborating with business and product leaders ensuring alignment with evolving customer needs and business objectives
- Advise on AEM architecture and best practices across Sites Assets Forms and Headless to ensure scalability performance and alignment with goals
- Drive technical and delivery excellence by supporting implementation reviewing solutions and guiding delivery teams on AEM capabilities
- Ensure platform interoperability and integration with enterprise systems enabling smooth data exchange and consistent user experiences
- Enforce governance and compliance across content lifecycle permissions workflows and regulatory requirements
- Foster continuous improvement through performance monitoring emerging technology adoption and optimisation initiatives
- Mentor teams and engage stakeholders to drive adoption and uplift capability
What youll bring
- 5 years experience delivering Digital Experience Platforms with Adobe Experience Manager (Sites Assets Forms Headless) and Edge Delivery Service
- Expertise in implementing and optimising AEM solutions across web mobile and omnichannel
- Strong skills in AEM design integration patterns performance tuning and deployment strategies
- Proficient in integrations with analytics identity and RESTful APIs (JSON GraphQL Adobe I/O)
- Knowledge of web performance responsive design and accessibility (Lighthouse Core Web Vitals)
- Experience in building applications with Adobe Edge Delivery Service (EDS)
