Job Summary

Job Purpose.

We are looking for a creative self-starter with proven experience in growing digital audiences driving engagement and producing high-quality high-impact content across multiple platforms.
Playing a key role in shaping and executing the Companys social media presence translating complex themes such as innovation technology defence aerospace and corporate leadership into compelling accessible and visually engaging content.

Qualifications & Experience:

Diploma or Degree in Marketing Digital Marketing Communications Media Studies Journalism Public Relations Graphic Design or a related field.
Formal certification in Social Media Marketing and/or Digital Content Strategy (advantageous but preferred where industry-specific).
Minimum of 35 years demonstrable experience in social media content creation and digital brand management.
Proven track record of managing and growing social media platforms (Instagram Facebook LinkedIn TikTok X YouTube or relevant platforms).
Portfolio of published work demonstrating high-quality content creation (visual written and/or video).
Portfolio or examples of social media accounts managed
Examples of content created (video visual and written) including any use of AI tools
Proficiency in content creation and editing tools (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite Cap Cut Canva Final Cut Pro or similar)
Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
