The MOD focuses on the success of the shuttle operation during their shift. The MOD provides direct supervision of the Shift Supervisors Dispatchers and Communication Clerks. MOD supports Shuttle Manager by maintaining communication regarding day-to-day operations staffing levels reporting unresolved issues/concerns and relaying communications to and from employees.

Pay: $70304 /annually

Responsibilities

Oversees the reporting of passenger analysis and headway trends utilizing the Transloc GPS system to assist the Operations Managers with proper scheduling changes.
Manager on Duty (MOD)
The MOD focuses on the success of the shuttle operation during their shift. The MOD provides direct supervision of the Shift Supervisors Dispatchers and Communication Clerks. MOD supports Shuttle Manager by maintaining communication regarding day-to-day operations staffing levels reporting unresolved issues/concerns and relaying communications to and from employees.
The following is a list of major duties to be performed:
Oversees the reporting of passenger analysis and headway trends utilizing the Transloc GPS system to assist the Operations Managers with proper scheduling changes.
Ensures service commitments are met across all the routes.
Ensures the proper number of shuttles are in rotation despite mechanical issues or the technical failure of shuttles.
Oversees the overall direction of on-line shuttles utilizing the Transloc System.
Oversees administrative reporting duties assigned by the General Manager including the daily Fleet and Vehicle Inspection Reports provided to LAWA.
Investigate document and issue progressive discipline for performance issues of drivers supervisors and dispatchers.
Perform inspections of the Ancillary Lots for the proper display of hang tags and parking regulation enforcement of Marina Security Services Inc.
Ensures the proper number of shuttles are in rotation despite mechanical issues or the technical failure of shuttles.
Oversees the overall direction of on-line shuttles utilizing the Transloc System.
Oversees administrative reporting duties assigned by the General Manager including the daily Fleet and Vehicle Inspection Reports provided to LAWA.

Qualifications

Must have prior relevant experience.
Must have a CA B driver license.
