Role: Program Manager
Location: Morris Plains NJ (Hybrid)
Type: Contract
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Oversee and program manage a large strategic M&A initiative.
- Lead multiple cross functional project teams to ensure end to end delivery across the M&A program.
- Manage SIT and UAT schedules across domains ensuring alignment and timely execution.
- Develop detailed project execution plans and schedules in collaboration with key stakeholders.
- Oversee program financials including budgeting forecasting and reporting.
- Monitor project performance track changes and address issues proactively.
- Manage risks issues decisions and assumptions throughout the program lifecycle.
- Establish and maintain a structured communication plan and cadence for the program.
- Coordinate with diverse functional and business teams to ensure alignment with program objectives.
- Manage resource onboarding offboarding and allocation across project teams.
- Prepare toll gate schedules and deliver regular status updates.
- Lead M&A separation cutover activities and drive the overall communication strategy.
Basic Qualifications
- 10 years of experience in IT.
- 10 years of program management and project execution experience.
- 5 years of Scaled Agile experience.
- 5 years of experience managing Customer and Commercial applications.
- 2 years of experience managing large M&A programs.
- 3 years of experience overseeing budgets and financials for large M&A initiatives.
- Must have SAP experience
- Strong domain expertise in Commerce Pricing Sales and Service.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
Nice to Have:
- Strong problem solving abilities and analytical/critical thinking skills.
- Experience managing stakeholders and cross functional project teams.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly to both technical and non technical audiences
