Level 3 Nursery Practitioner Term Time Up to 14.50 40 hours per week

Join a warm and fun nursery Here children move independently between indoor spaces and a well-used outdoor classroom following a clear daily rhythm that supports learning and confidence. As a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner youll take ownership of your key group and play an active role in maintaining the pace and standards of the room.

Before You Apply

A full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification is required.
Recent experience in a nursery or early years setting is essential.
This role is term time only and follows school holiday closures.

Rate of Pay: Up to 14.50 per hour
Hours: 40 hours per week Term Time
Shifts: Monday to Friday 8:30am5:00pm
Setting: Montessori nursery setting

What Youll Need

Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification
Experience working as a Nursery Practitioner in an early years setting
Strong working knowledge of EYFS
Confidence managing a small key group
Understanding of safeguarding requirements

Desirable

Montessori training or experience in a Montessori nursery
Paediatric First Aid certificate

What Youll Do

Deliver planned learning activities in line with EYFS and Montessori principles
Prepare and maintain indoor and outdoor classroom environments
Observe assess and record childrens progress
Support childrens independence through practical life activities
Maintain safeguarding health and safety standards
Communicate clearly with parents and colleagues regarding development and daily routines
