Nursery Practitioner Level 3 40 Hours Up to 27800

You will spend your days working within a blended EYFS and child-led play activities approach and supporting children as their learning spaces evolve into more structured pre-school routines. The nursery has large airy rooms for each age group furnished with engaging play equipment and educational resources designed to support development at every stage.

Before You Apply

This role requires a Level 3 Early Years qualification or above.
You must have recent nursery experience working within Early Years.

What Youll Need

Level 3 Early Years qualification or above
Recent experience in a nursery setting (05 years)
Strong understanding of the EYFS framework and developmental stages
Ability to support child-led learning and deliver adult-led activities

Desirable

Paediatric First Aid certification

What Youll Do

Deliver high-quality care and learning activities across the EYFS
Support the blended approach to learning (child-led play and adult-led activities)
Observe assess and record childrens progress and development
Maintain room standards and prepare age-appropriate learning environments
Work with room leaders to support transitions between age groups
Maintain safeguarding health and safety and hygiene standards
