Senior Marketing is responsible for the local execution of global and regional marketing strategies for the Nutrition Plant Engineering (NPE) division. This role translates global campaigns product launches and messaging into effective local market activities ensuring consistent brand application and strong alignment with local commercial priorities.

The position focuses on implementation localization and coordination working closely with global and regional marketing teams and local sales organizations.

Responsibilities / Tasks

Localize plan and execute global and regional marketing campaigns in the region ensuring relevance to the local market in North America (primary scope) and Middle Americas Cluster (support) while maintaining global consistency.
Contribute actively to the local marketing planning process including activity planning and budget tracking aligned with global and regional priorities.
Translate global product launches into local go-to-market activities in close coordination with global product marketing and local sales teams.
Ensure consistent application of global branding and corporate design guidelines across all local marketing activities and materials.
Create local marketing content and manage campaign and content performance metrics.
Support lead generation and customer engagement activities at the country level in collaboration with sales teams and regional marketing programs.
Monitor and report on the execution and performance of local marketing activities providing feedback to regional and global teams
Support from the marketing perspective for the Sales Excellence Program.

Your Profile / Qualifications

Bachelors Degree: In Marketing Communications Business Administration or a related field.
Advanced English proficiency (C1 level) is mandatory for this position both written and spoken.
(Valuable) masters degree: An MBA or a masters in marketing/communications.
5-10 years of experience working in Tactical and Strategic Marketing: Proven experience in developing and executing traditional and digital marketing campaigns across various channels simultaneously.
5-10 years of experience working in brand governance and brand consistency management: Knowledge in managing brand identity and ensuring consistency across all marketing materials and communications.
Experience in marketing and communications roles preferably in B2B or industrial sectors.
Digital Marketing: Experience with digital marketing tools platforms and Social Ads.
Knowledge of data Analysis: Ability to analyze marketing performance data and metrics to guide decision-making and optimizing strategies.
Individual contributor role with autonomy strong communication planning and projectcoordination skills. Ability to work with multiple teams localized in different sites and manage external vendors.
Experience with CRM platforms (e.g. SAP).
