Must-have Skills
- At least 5 years of experience working with Golang.
- Databases: Strong SQL expertise for optimization and performance tuning. NoSQL knowledge is a plus but not essential.
- Advanced English
- CI/CD: Deep understanding of continuous delivery and integration practices regardless of the specific tool.
- Communication: Clear structured communicator who can explain technical topics effectively.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- AI Tooling Proficiency:Use one or more AI tools to optimize day-to-day work (drafting analysis research or process automation) recommend effective use and spot workflow streamlining opportunities.
