About the Role:
Were looking for a hands-on Team Leader to supervise and motivate our dispatch team at our new Dandenong South Distribution centre. Youll ensure smooth daily operations efficient order picking and packing and timely dispatch while promoting safety and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and support the dispatch team to meet daily targets and KPIs.
Oversee pick-pack processes and personally perform picking packing and put-away tasks.
Ensure accurate order processing and on-time dispatch.
Maintain a safe clean and organised work environment.
Train and develop team members to build a flexible and skilled workforce.
Communicate with Warehouse managers on operational issues.
Monitor and report workplace safety incidents and equipment maintenance.
Utilise warehouse systems to ensure order accuracy and efficiency.
What You Bring:
Proven leadership experience in a warehouse or dispatch environment.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Commitment to safety and team development.
Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic setting.
Experience with warehouse management systems is a plus.
