Weresearching for aManager of Account Managementto help lead our highimpact team responsible for accelerating adoption and expansion of theMySchoolBucksplatform. This is a role for a strategic thinker a motivator and an advocate for both customers and team members someone who knows how to turn opportunities into outcomes.As a key leader in ourbusinessorganizationyouwill:

Lead & Inspire

  • Manage and develop a team of 5 Account Managers driving performance supporting onboarding and building deepexpertiseacross theMySchoolBucksproductecosystem.

  • Foster a culture of collaboration continuous improvement and customersuccess.

Drive Growth

  • Develop strategies and repeatable playbooks that maximize retentionidentifyupsell opportunities and enhance the customer lifecycle.

  • Lead the team to consistently achieve (andexceed!)annual revenue targets.

  • Build and oversee team pipelines forecasting growth retention and churn with accuracy and insight.

Collaborate & Influence

  • Partner closely with Payments leadership to ensure teams are equipped to deliver impact.

  • Work crossfunctionally with Product Management Sales Marketing and Implementation teams to execute growth initiatives.

  • Serve as the escalation point for strategic accounts and highvalue opportunities.

Elevate Customer Experience

  • Championan exceptional customer journey ensuring clients feel supported heard and empowered.

  • Conduct key account demos and coach the team on persuasive valuedriven selling.

What You Bring

  • 4 years of account management or sales experience including supervisory experience.

  • 5 years of experience in K12 edtech SaaS and/or payments (preferred).

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence decisionmakers.

  • Strong relationshipbuilding instincts genuine empathetic and strategic.

  • Analytical strength with the ability to build datadriven team strategies.

  • A steadfast commitment to integrity client success and delivering outstanding work.

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.

$85000 - $90000 Commission Compensation

The above represents the expected base salary range for this job requisition. Ultimately in determining your base pay well consider your location experience and other job-related factors. The compensation model also allows for additional commission compensation which may be later used to offset any wage advancements. A first-year professional may expect an average of $30000 - $40000 in commission compensation.
