Responsible for managing and expanding assigned key account(s) on an international scale. Lead a team that is responsible for developing and implementing the sales strategy for designated key account(s) to maintain and drive business growth and profitability while meeting corporate objectives.
Primary Duties and Accountabilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive account strategies to meet business objectives focusing on engagement growth and long-term partnership. Oversee Sales funnel management.
- Building and nurturing strong relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations. Act as the bridge between the company and its most important client(s) navigating complex market landscapes and delivering tailored solutions.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver customized solutions that address client needs and exceed their expectations. Requires over 50% travel.
- Monitoring market trends and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities.
- Preparing and presenting detailed account performance reports to senior management.
- Leading contract negotiations and ensuring adherence to company policies.
- Supervise mentor and guide account management teams to achieve their full potential.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors Degree in Sales Marketing Business Engineering or related field.
- Proven Sales experience; Demonstrated ability to achieve results; Results orientated
- Knowledge of hydraulics products and applications
- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with customers colleagues develop and grow effective teams which will contribute to the business success
- Excellent communication skills verbal and written with the ability to communicate with people at all levels internal and external
- Ability to cultivate understand and anticipate the needs of the customer to provide effective solutions and recommendations; Experienced in proactively developing customers
- Experience in Managing a team
- Ability to travel 40-60% of the time
