As a Virtual Banking Manager within Consumer Banking you will be at the forefront of delivering attentive and friendly service creating a welcoming environment that puts employees and clients will lead and manage virtual bank operations including deepening client relationships through coaching the team for will represent our brand and culture with the utmost hospitality using the latest banking solutions and cutting-edge financial technology as well as collaborating with our team of experts to help with specialized financial needs for clients.
Job Responsibilities
- Be a motivating force within the team by sharing a clear vision and embodying our firms culture and values of Service Heart Curiosity Courage and Excellence.
- Deliver on the goals of Virtual Banking by leveraging the Branch Scorecard to identify strategies to successfully grow deposits and investments.
- Prioritize understanding and meeting the needs of our clients to build lasting relationships and trust.
- Build and cultivate a high-performing team through coaching feedback and celebrating successes to boost morale and motivation.
- Encourage ongoing learning and development within the team to keep skills sharp and stay ahead in the industry.
- Ensure a strong risk and control environment by using sound judgment acting with integrity and protecting the firm and clients following policies and procedures.

- Must be willing to work in an environment that requires 100% phone and video-based client interactions.
- 2+ years of management branch banking or equivalent Chase leadership experience.
- High school diploma GED or equivalent.
