Job Summary
We have a great opportunity for a People & Capability Advisor to join our JB Hi-Fi P&C team. This role will support the P&C Manager and P&C Business Partners to partner with leaders across the business to maximise the capability and performance of their teams.
- Align with P&C Manager and P&C Business Partners in their assigned business areas to coach and support the development of business objectives.
- Assist with delivering timely and practical guidance and coaching to leaders to enable sound commercial outcomes aligned with company vision values and strategy
- Assist with managing a wide range of employee relations matters including investigations and performance management
- Provide support and guidance with the management of personal injuries.
- Prepare and maintain a range of P&C documentation
- Assist with key P&C activities including compliance recruitment on-boarding talent and remuneration.
- Provide support with cyclical P&C activities including P&C reporting projects and improvement initiatives.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders including safety and retail operations teams.
Qualifications :
- 1-3 years in a HR generalist role
- Ability to effectively manage competing priorities in a high volume and fast-paced environment
- Proactive solutions focussed and flexible approach
- Exposure to employee life cycle and employee relations
- Tertiary qualifications in HR Business Management or similar
