About the Role
Youll lead and support a variety of engagement activities from start to finish. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Organising and attending community and stakeholder engagement events
- Liaising with landowners for property access including door-knocking
- Preparing communications materials and managing public notifications
- Keeping stakeholders informed about upcoming works and activities
- Maintaining stakeholder databases and tracking tools (e.g. EOI spreadsheets)
- Responding to enquiries and resolving concerns with professionalism and empathy
- Youll be part of a collaborative experienced team working closely with both internal teams and the client. Some travel will be required.
What youll bring:
- Proven experience in a dynamic stakeholder-focused environment
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Hands-on experience in community engagement ideally within telecommunications or infrastructure
- Confidence working in politically or socially sensitive settings
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook Word Excel PowerPoint Teams)
- A valid Class C Drivers Licence
- Willingness to travel as needed
