About the Role

Youll lead and support a variety of engagement activities from start to finish. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Organising and attending community and stakeholder engagement events
  • Liaising with landowners for property access including door-knocking
  • Preparing communications materials and managing public notifications
  • Keeping stakeholders informed about upcoming works and activities
  • Maintaining stakeholder databases and tracking tools (e.g. EOI spreadsheets)
  • Responding to enquiries and resolving concerns with professionalism and empathy
  • Youll be part of a collaborative experienced team working closely with both internal teams and the client. Some travel will be required.

What youll bring:

  • Proven experience in a dynamic stakeholder-focused environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Hands-on experience in community engagement ideally within telecommunications or infrastructure
  • Confidence working in politically or socially sensitive settings
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook Word Excel PowerPoint Teams)
  • A valid Class C Drivers Licence
  • Willingness to travel as needed
