Job Summary
Are you a recent graduate or early-career professional looking to break into the world of research economics or the property industry Were looking for a confident self-motivated Research Assistant to join our team on a casual basis supporting our research projects throughout the year.
This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in both field and office-based research working with a leading property services firm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting unsupervised field work across Auckland for property research surveys.
- Supporting the team with data entry analysis and reporting using Excel.
- Assisting with phone interviews updating databases and contributing to research publications and presentations.
- Collaborating with the team and working independently depending on the project.

Qualifications :
What we are looking for:
- A graduate or entry-level candidate with a keen interest in research economics or property.
- Someone who is confident and outgoing comfortable interacting with external stakeholders.
- A self-starter who can work independently and contribute to a team.
- Strong Excel and Word skills with excellent attention to detail.
- A clean full or restricted NZ drivers license and access to a car.
