Job Summary
We are seeking a Finance Manager to support a healthcare operations site in DeLand FL. This role will lead budgeting forecasting and financial performance analysis while partnering closely with operational leadership to drive informed business decisions and improve financial outcomes.
This is a hands-on high-visibility position ideal for a finance professional who thrives in an operational environment and enjoys translating financial data into actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities
Own annual budgeting and rolling forecast processes
Analyze financial performance variances and operational KPIs
Partner with site leadership to guide financial decision-making
Develop financial models dashboards and performance reports
Identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements
Support monthly close audits and compliance activities
Qualifications :
5 years of experience in finance FP&A or operational finance
Experience supporting business operations or site leadership
Strong budgeting forecasting and variance analysis skills
Advanced Excel and financial modeling capabilities
Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or related field
Preferred
Healthcare hospital or multi-site services environment experience
Experience with BI tools (Power BI Tableau etc.)
Background partnering with operational leaders in a fast-paced setting
